The AutoAlert Vehicle Monitoring system works by sensing the motion of a metal object that passes within fifteen feet of a buried sensor. When a car, truck, or any vehicle passes the Vehicle Announcer probe, a signal is sent to the controller, which in turn uses a radio transmitter to activate a Wireless Chime in any room you choose.
Will not detect deer, birds, wind, leaves. Virtually free from false alarms!

How Does It Work?

The AutoAlert Metal Monitoring probe is buried in or beside your driveway and only detects the metal of a vehicle as it moves by. You are then alerted by your wireless chime with a pleasant "ding dong" chime. The portable chime may be used in any room, the backyard, or even pool side. Optional chimes may be purchased to alert you throughout your home.
