Sink related leaks are often small and go unnoticed until significant damage is finally discovered. Such a leak will continue to collect under the Sink and then seep between the flooring and sub-flooring. The damage often goes undetected until the floor is visually damp or the smell of mildew is present or a mold issue is discovered, at which time the damage and cost to replace is extensive.
Features:
- Motorized Ball Valves (two).
- Controller has “Battery Port” for 4 C size batteries, which will serve as the Primary Power Source if a nearby electrical outlet is not available. When using the AC wall adaptor/transformer the same batteries serve as a backup power source if an electrical power interruption/outage takes place.
- Controller has “Outputs” for connection to Alarm or Home Automation system if desired…. to automatically alert the property owner if the FloodStop was activated.
