The Chamberlain Outdoor Intercom Unit can communicate with any other Chamberlain wireless intercom within range. Start with the standard intercom and add-on an unlimited number of outdoor wireless intercoms. Since there is no limit to the number of intercoms that can be used, you may add one in each room or area of your property.
This outdoor wireless intercom is easy to use. Just hold down the "talk" button, and every intercom unit in the network will receive the signal. When somebody responds by holding down his own "talk" button, a secure channel is created; no other unit will receive the signal, and no one else will be able to hear your conversation.
The Chamberlain's advanced system features four channel selections. Broadcast to all channels simultaneously or speak to one party through the automatically secured link. Multiple private conversations can occur simultaneously without interfering with one another. The system can always be left on.
