To monitor your HVAC system, refrigeration unit, chiller or other untended operating facilities 24 hours a day, we offer a wide assortment of Sensaphone remote monitoring systems. Sensaphone assures that normal operation of blowers, fans, compressors, pumps, pipes and valves is maintained. They can even serve as low-cost backup units to your main control system in temporary or remote locations. Whatever your facility, from cold storage to restaurant walk-in units, there's a monitor to fit your needs.

Temperature: All models can monitor for temperature. The SCADA 3000 comes with 16 universal inputs for every need from thermistors to run time accumulation. And the additional Thermocouple module allows the SCADA's temperature range to expand from cryogenics to industrial ovens. The Express II's inputs (8 inputs are standard but you may have as many as 40) are universal and can be configured to accept four different kinds of analog thermistors: 2.8K F, 2.8K C, 10K F, or 10K C; high and low limits are user programmable. The Sensaphone 2000's eight universal inputs will accept both 2.8K and 10K thermistors with user-defined limits.
Power Failure: All the Sensaphone models above monitor for power failure. SCADA 3000's universal inputs can monitor power, too, and offers optional standard or extended backup batteries. The 1400 can monitor up to four universal sensors. Its 12V Gel Cell rechargeable battery provides approximately 12 hours of backup time. The Express II can also use Dry Contact (N.O./N.C.) sensors (anywhere from 8 to 40 in all) and comes with a Gel-cell rechargeable backup battery to provide 6-12 hours of backup operation. The Sensaphone 2000 monitors AC power in addition to its 8 universal inputs (configurable to N.O./N.C.). It includes a compartment for 6 Nickel-Cadmium batteries to provide 10-15 hours of backup. Input status including power is viewable with the Manager software accompanying the 2000.
Pressure: The Sensaphone SCADA 3000, Express II, 2000, and 1800 accept sensors which can be configured to monitor pressure. All three offer universal inputs that can all be configured as 4-20mA (to measure current) or 0-5V for any pressure gauge sensor that puts out from 0 to 5 volts. In addition, the Sensaphone 2000 offers Data Logging, downloadable Event Logging, Graphing and Polling to keep you informed of pressures and can store over 32,000 input readings. The SCADA 3000 includes Real-Time Screen building capability for graphically monitoring pressure, flow and more. Timers: The Express II has a built-in Time Accumulator for use with N.O. Dry Contact inputs, to accumulate and tally the total amount of time that an input sensor is closed. The Sensaphone 2000's real-time Data and Event logging record information at specified intervals.
SCADA 3000's extensive programming capabilities--C-program, Ladder Logic, PID loops--offer you a variety of ways to monitor and control timers, throw switches, as well as logging events and data.
Alarms: Both Express and Express II include a built-in microphone allowing you to listen in to sound levels on site. Express II allows you to program the unit to respond with an alarm when sound levels exceed a user-defined level. High and low alarm limits are programmable in the Sensaphone SCADA 3000, 2000 and Sensaphone 1800 for everything from room temperature to pressure. The 2000 has eight universal inputs; and SCADA 3000 offer 16.

The Sensaphone SCADA 3000 offers the ultimate multi-purpose, flexible system. Communicate with the host PC by standard data radio or phone lines. Program Alarm reporting with custom voice messages to phone, PC, numeric and alphanumeric pagers, fax and e-mail. 16 universal inputs and 8 relay outputs are built in, and five additional modules offer a wide variety of I/O types, expandable up to 144 I/O points. Program in Ladder and/or C, utilize up to 8 PID loops with any of the I/O points, and program remotely. Other features include: Event and Data logging, built-in Gas Flow calculating functions, and a Real-Time Screen Builder. SCADA 3000 comes with all the software you'll need for monitoring and control into the 21st century.
Sensaphone Express II comes with 8 universal inputs, configurable as dry contact, pulse count, 0-5V or 4-20mA analog, or temperature. Expansion cards allow you to increase that to that to a maximum of 40 channels (on 5 cards), or to mix input and outputs. One outlet is built in; you can expand the output capacity up to 16 channels (on two cards), in which case input is limited to 24 channels. Express II can call up to 48 phone contacts, utilizing dialing schedules you customize.

Sensaphone 2000 can report on up to 8 remote, analog or digital inputs and report to as many as 32 separate locations. It has the most flexible dial-out capabilities of all Sensaphone models -- select from any combination of phones, faxes, pagers, email accounts or computers. The 2000 has built-in data-logging features, storing up to 32,000 time-stamped records.
