Sure Action offers the highest quality presence detection sensors in the industry.

What is a presence detector?

A presence detector is a sensor that responds to either the weight of a person bending a floor joist, a Yacht deck, a staircase, etc. or activates when a vehicle passes by it. Presence detectors are ideal for both security and home automation applications because they are invisible and extremely reliable.  So, step onto our world to discover how SureAction's presence detectors protect your family can and enhance the quality of your life
The Pulsor Motion Detector
Sure Action's Pulsors are a one-of-a-kind sensor manufactured only by SureAction. These sensors are epoxied to the bottom of a floor joist, ladder or Yacht decking. When an individual steps on the material, the sensor detects the movement of the joist or decking and triggers the alarm. Pulsors are invisible, extremely reliable, long-lasting and pet immune. They can be used for protecting a large 7' x 4' oval of detection or can be adjusted to protect a smaller location. Ideal for security coverage or home automation. These sensors are often used in high-end homes, on Yachts or all sizes, on commercial roofs and as a means to trigger lighting or video cameras.
Austin Stack, co-owner of SureAction, installed over 6,000 Pulsors while he owned his own security company in the 1970s and 1980s. There are homes on the eastern end of Long Island that had Pulsor systems installed in them over 25 years ago and the original sensors are still working. Installed according to SureAction's directions, the Pulsors are virtually false-alarm free and require little to no maintenance.

Key Benefits
· Invisible - Pulsors are mounted under flooring. No unsightly boxes to detract from a room's decor.
· Convenient - System will work even if you forget to close a door or window. You can also let your pets roam freely throughout the house.
· Reliable - When a Pulsor system is installed according to our directions, it is virtually trouble-free. It does not false nor does it require much maintenance.
· Versatile - Pulsors work on a variety of applications - homes, offices, decks, docks, fire escapes, water towers, billboards, Yachts, RVs, roofs, under window sills or counters.
They can be used for large area coverage or for spot detection.

Items required:

Processor: The 111 or 313 processor. The 111 processor has one zone and therefore, can handle up to 4 Pulsors. The 313 has 3 zones and therefore can handle up to 12 Pulsors.

Pulsor: ENHP + Enhanced Pulsor. Designed for home automation, marine security and residential security applications. Can be used with almost any flooring or decking material. Even steel i-beams and steel hull Yacht frames are no problem. Package includes single sensor, hand cleaner, mixing stick and 2 crimps.

A unique presence detector that mounts under almost any kind of material from floor joists to Yacht decking, from water towers to silent flooring, from fire escapes to roofs.  This detector is the only presence detector in the world that responds to the unique flexing caused by a person stepping on the material. No matter how stiff the flooring or how minute the flex of the material the Pulsor senses the person and sends a signal to trigger your home automation system.  The Pulsor is invisible to the homeowner and undetectable to any guests.  No other sensor is as versatile.  Here's an example of how the Pulsor can help automate a bathroom.  Place one Pulsor under the flooring by the door to turn on the main bathroom light as a person walks into the room.  Place another Pulsor under the flooring near the vanity so that the vanity lights come on gradually when a person steps in front of it.  Place a third Pulsor under the toilet so that the fan turns on when a person sits down and place a fourth Pulsor under the shower so that the water turns on automatically when a person steps into it .

The Probe Vehicle Announcer
Vehicle Announcer
Vehicle Announcers
You no longer have to drive along your driveway in the dark or get out of your car to open a free access gate.  Bury a SureAction Vehicle Monitoring Probe along side or underneath your driveway and it knows when a vehicle passes by.  The Vehicle Announcer probe then responds and activates lighting, gate controls, chimes (or other annunciation devices).  Not only do our probes detect vehicles, but our directional probe can tell which way the car travels.  You can have the probe trigger different actions based on whether a car is entering or leaving the driveway. Let SureAction's Vehicle Monitoring Probes help make your life more convenient and secure.

The Directional Probe Vehicle Announcer
Vehicle Monitoring
Sure Action's Directional Probe Vehicle Monitoring System is the most versatile probe system available in today's market.  No other probe system has the same capabilities.  The Directional Vehicle Monitoring Probe is the only probe that can tell whether a vehicle is traveling up or down a driveway and can perform different functions based on that directional information.   For you, quality and performance are the most important factors.  We designed our Directional Probe system with quality and performance in mind.  It is designed it to perform the way you want it to perform.

The Processors

Three processors to choose from.
The SU-111 One of the control options for SureAction's Pulsors and Probes.  Smallest unit available (1-zone).  Handles up to (4) 4000 Series Pulsors, (2) 8000 Series Pulsors or (1) Standard Probe (SU-P5050).  Operating voltage is 12 VDC. PART NUMBER: SU-111.
SU-313 Another control option for SureAction's Pulsors and Probes.   Largest unit available (3-zones).  Handles up to (12) 4000 Series Pulsors, (6) 8000 Series Pulsors or (3) Standard Probes.  The processor can also be used for a combination of Pulsors and Probes as long as there is no more than (4) 4000 Series Pulsors, (2) 8000 Series Pulsors, or (1) Standard SU-P5050 Probe per zone.  Operating voltage is 12 VDC.  PART NUMBER: SU-313
SU-212 A specially designed control unit for probe applications.   Allows an installer to install a probe system that will respond differently based on the direction a vehicle travels.  The Processor has built-in surge suppression to provide improved insulation from lightning surges.  In addition, the processor has an additional circuit for an optional check probe.  If this feature is utilized, the check probe nullifies false system firings during lightning storms, thereby, greatly reducing false responses.  The Probe Processor can handle one Directional Probe (SU-P8000) or two Standard Probes (SU-P5050) as well as one Check Probe (SU-CHECK).   Operating power is 12 VDC.  The Probe Processor can be used for either standard probe applications where you want the probe to respond the same way all the time or for directional applications where you need the probe to respond differently based on whether the vehicle is entering or exiting a driveway.  PART NUMBER: SU-212

MarineGuard - Invisible, Reliable Security
Introducing
Sure Action's complete line of security products for Yachts - the MarineGuard Burglar Systems. No comparable product line exists in the marine industry. The key to SureAction's MarineGuard is the Pulsor motion detector. The Pulsor can be installed under any decking and senses an intruder's movement. However, because it responds only to the unique flex caused by a person walking on the deck, it does not respond to normal Yacht vibrations or the movement of the Yacht against a dock.  It will not false like other Yacht security systems because it does not react to sunlight, wind, birds, shocks caused by the Yacht vibrating or by the Yacht bumping a dock.  Properly installed the system is basically trouble-free.
